Abstract |
|
The separation and mass characterization of isomeric glycoforms of intact proteins by capillary electrophoresis-electrospray time-of-flight mass spectrometry is shown for erythropoietin. About 135 isoforms of human erythropoietin could be distinguished, demonstrating the promising applicability for therapeutic drug development of glycoproteins. |
