The micrOTOF benchtop ESI-TOF system offers excellent mass accuracy over a wide dynamic range. A mass accuracy of 3 ppm is achieved with both internal and external calibration. This note describes the use of a dual sprayer setup on the Apollo source for the identification of natural products from green tea using exact mass determination. |
