Abstract |
|
The workflow for metabolic profiling of urine samples is described: Urine samples are subjected to a fast chromatographic separation, the LC–MS data are processed using principal component analysis (PCA) in ProfileAnalysis. The statistical result is the criterion to find compounds relevant for the discrimination of sample groups and identify those compounds according to their molecular formula. |
