Abstract

• Reserpine and atropine served as standards for quality control (RSD of peak areas < 10%). A pooled QC sample was applied as ‘chemical average’ to monitor real sample behaviour.

• PCA of all WT samples clearly identified trends for metabolic changes at late time points (86 &120h). • T-test was successfully applied to determine regulation ratios in 120h WTcontrol vs WT+OS.

• Based on accurate MS/MS data and chemical knowledge structural hypothesis can be generated, as shown for 484.2442m/z.

• The same procedure will be applied to investigate the influence of the genetic modification.
