  • Top-down in depth profiling approach (1000-2000 chrom. peaks detected)

  • High throughput for profiling of many samples

  • Marker detection does not require previous ID (uncommon structures can qualify for being markers)

  • Extremely low MS/MS workload for marker candidate ID

  • 2 fmol/μl sensitivity achieved against a serum matrix back ground
