Abstract |
|
•NALDI targets are suitable for analysis of peptides in broad mass range using high throughput matrix-free LC-LDI workflow. •NALDI targets show particularly high sensitivity for peptides below 1700 Da. •Fragmentation patterns of peptides in MS/MS spectra acquired from NALDI targets are identical to fragmentation patterns from conventional MALDI preparations. •Analyses of peptides below 900 Da using NALDI targets have advantage of fewer background signals in comparison to conventional MALDI preparation. |
