• A database for ~650 pesticides with retention times and detailed ionization and ISCID fragmentation behaviour is available • The database is successfully applied for fast and fully automated screening for hundreds of target compounds ("unlimited" number) in various food extract samples • Screening results are comparable to those of conventional screening techniques. • Qualifier ions can be obtained in ISCID mode within the same LC run and serve for supplementary confirmation in case of isobaric interferences. • Additional potential: retrospective analysis, evaluation of unknowns or unexpected effects. |
