Abstract
 

  • It has been demonstrated that melamine is conveniently detected at very low concentrations (0.02ppb).

  • Using the new generation amaZon X high capacity ion trap mass spectrometer, it is possible to detect and quantify melamine at concentrations relevant to food authorities in less than 5minutes.
