•Straightforward approach to QC of recombinant and native proteins using a benchtop MALDI-TOF. •Cheap (<1$ per sample) and quick (few minutes per analysis): push button analysis! •Standard MASCOT searches, no digestion! •50-80 N-term sequence calls from undigested 40 kDa proteins. •30-50 C-term sequence calls from the same datasets as additional benefit from this technology. |
