GenoTools

GenoTools™ represents a software solution for the analysis of genomics data generated by Bruker Daltonics MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers. GenoTools 2.0 contains two independent analysis modules for different MALDI-TOF-MS based DNA screening applications:

• SNP-manager for automated SNP-genotyping
• OligoQC-module for screening of oligonucleotides in terms of a quality check.
